He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Powers (Patricia Powers) and Jenny Powers (Hall); and his brother Richard "Dick" Powers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Powers; his children, Tony Powers (Melanie), Christopher Rice (Billie), Donnie Green (Kat) and Dondra Doolin (Cecil); his grandchildren, Kayla (Tyler), Brooke, Jolene, Braylon, Keagan, Brandon (Taylor), Jennifer, Megan, Lexi, Aden, Allison (William), Sharla (Christian), Cecil Jr. and Kassondra; his great grandchildren, Dylan, McKenna, Sawyer, Kadence, Grayson, Emma Grace, Opheilia and Athena; his nephew Richard Powers II (Michelle); and his niece Regenia Powers (Beth). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
