He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wiggans and Eunice Wiggans; his brothers, David Wiggans and Dean Wiggans; his grandson Caleb Sargent; and his pet Molly.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wiggans; his children, Brian Wiggans, Kim Wiggans, Sherrie Wiggans (Randy Ewing), Zach Wiggans (Heather), Lisa Sargent (Shawn Miller) and Stacey Harkins (Chad); his grandchildren, Chris Caupp, Cody Wiggans, Chad Wiggans, McKenzie Flory, Izzy Lindsey, Gabby Lindsey, Arabella Wiggans, Elijah Wiggans, Kelsey Barnes, Cody Morgan, Joshua Morgan, Jonah Morgan and Hunter Harkins; his great grandchildren, Julian, Attlys, Jakobi, Jahlil and Nahama; and his brother Daniel Terrie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
