We announce the death of Leonard L. Melanson Jr. of Huber Heights, Ohio, born in Waltham, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 84. Leonard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Melanson and Arlene Melanson Sr. (Lawrence); his siblings, Ray Melanson and Sandy Melanson (Dee); and his granddaughter Danielle Melanson.
He is survived by: his wife Lynne Melanson (Downey); his children, Keith Melanson, Michelle Melanson and Kris Melanson-Brewer (Kristin); his grandchildren, Brittany Mackert (Eliot) and Kaelyn Brewer (Lindy); and his great grandchild Boston Krew Melanson-Brewer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
