He was predeceased by : his mother Patricia Cardis. He is survived by : his children, Jeff (Patti), Greg (Michelle), Scott (Cheryl), Lynn Miller (Jim Arvay) and Carrie Gynn (Bob); and his grandchildren, Michael, Hannah, Connor, Dean, Braeden and Erin. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
