He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Dolak; his parents, Arbey Munson and Dorothy Shake Munson; his niece Mary Lou Byrne; and his nephew Jim Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, David (Laura), Tom (Lisa) and Christy Cuppage (David); his grandchildren, Amanda (Jeremy) and Matthew (Carsyn); his great grandchild Myles; his grandchildren, Bryan and Scottie (Lauren); his great grandchild Jack; his grandchildren, Andy, Meghan (Collin), Ellen (Daniel), Michael and Nick; and his nieces and nephews, Jack Oliver, Marge Kacak, Ed Kusnir (Sue) and Ginny Kusnir.
