He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Muklewicz. He is survived by: his wife Suzy; his children, Anna, Joshua, Caleb, Isaiah and Shiloh; his mother Karen; his sister Emily Pyzik (Chris); his parents-in-law, Richard and Nancy Wiggers; and his siblings-in-law, Steven Wiggers (Jennifer), Gregory Wiggers (Rhiana), Emanuel Finet (Silvana) and Katy Lookabaugh (John). He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
