She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Deborah (Jim); her grandchildren, Dr. Ethan Vargo (Lauren Georgalas), Emma Allen (Rett), Ashleigh Grant (Reynolds), Logan Plate (Ashley), Bryce Plate (Lauren) and Jordan Plate (Tyler Oquendo); and her sister Suzann Lepisto.
