He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Hunter; his sons, David Loughley (Kristen), Brian Loughley (Susan) and Billy Loughley; his grandchildren, Brett Loughley (Kimberly), Scott Loughley, Emily Loughley and Alexander Loughley; his great grandchild Natalie; and his nieces, Sue Ackerman, Kathy Clements and Nancy Ingram.
