He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard M. Williams and Etta Lene Shough Williams; and his sister Bonnie Williams Garber. He is survived by: his children, Scott Williams of Jackson Center, OH, Kevin Williams of Lexington, KY and Melissa (Doug Carter) of Sylvania, OH; and his siblings, Don Williams (June) of Lexington, KY, Everett Williams (Cindy) of Marysville, OH and Penny Cummins of Marysville, OH. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandsons.
