He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jeremay Sr. and Dorothy Lynn; his wife Sandra Jeremay; his daughter Kelly Jeremay; and his brothers, Sam, Jim and Jack Jeremay.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Morrow (David) of Berlin Heights, Andrea Jeremay (Mike Peterson) of Berlin Heights and Andrew Jeremay Jr. (Amy) of Berlin Heights; his grandchildren, John, Harley, Tommy (Sierra), Thomas, Jacob, Alissa, Cassie, Hayley, Brendan, Becca, Devin, Charlize, Olivia, Andrew and Adalyn; his great grandchildren, Chance, Bella, Nova, Kyllian and Elias; and his siblings, Floyd Jeremay of Millbury, Tim Jeremay (Deb) of Huron, Dorothy Castle of Huron and Mary Jennings of Sandusky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or SouthernCare Hospice Services.
