He was predeceased by: his father Allden West. He is survived by: his children, Heather Bernice, Russ Tansey (Terra) of Michigan, Frances Korhel (John) of Vermilion and Sissy Tansey of Willard; his siblings, Stephen Walker (Laura) and Marian West Smith of Missouri; and his extended family Queen. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
