Fitzgerald-Carroll (Shannon) of Toledo, OH; his grandsons, Spencer and Isaac; and his siblings, Hope Carroll of Columbus, OH and Jason Carroll (Abigail) of Perrysburg, OH.. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
