With sadness, we share the passing of Cindy Wilken of Huron, Ohio. Cindy, born on December 5, 1955, passed away on August 13, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Cindy for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While she will be deeply missed, the influence she had on the lives around her remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Ross Carothers and Marjorie Carothers; her daughter Ashley Williams; and her brother Michael Carothers. She is survived by: her husband John Wilken; and her children, Matt Wilken (Heather), Allison Schmidt (Jamie) and Natalie Wilken Graham. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
In memory of Cindy and in honor of her daughter Ashley, memorial donations may be made to Susan G. Komen to support breast cancer research and provide assistance to those affected by breast cancer.
