He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph E. Foos and Marjorie M. Foos (Simmons); his wife Gail Zeigler; his children, Lisa Critelli (Russ) of Huron, Ralph K. Foos of Huron and Brian E. Foos (Lisa) of Bellevue; his grandchildren, Gerald "J. J." Foos (Kelly), David Foos, Miles Foos (Kristen), Ian Foos, Alec Foos (Jaycie), Morgan Critelli, Lucas Critelli, Hannah Malson (Brandon), Logan Foos and Shannon Foos; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Landry, Avery, Oliver, Bowen and Delilah; and his sisters, Helen Milkie (Gene) of Sandusky, Edith Milkie of Avon Lake, Martha Dise of Bellevue, Nancy Clark (Lee) of Bellevue and Carol Zimmerman (Greg) of Bellevue. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
