She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Warner; her parents, Louis Sklarek and Charlotte Sklarek; and her siblings, Tessie Turton, Fran Nowicki, Joe Sklarek, Louis Sklarek and John Sklarek.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Carabin (Jim), Cathy White (Ken), Nancy Case (Rick) and David Warner (Angie). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (430 Main St, Huron, OH 44839). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at the TBD Scott Cemetery (9110 Huron Avery Rd, Huron, OH 44839).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church, Huron, Ohio.
