He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Esposito and Mary Esposito (Legando); his wife Marta J. Esposito; and his sisters, Victoria Doty and Madi Capucini.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Dewey (Matt), Stacie Morckel (Ken), Joe Esposito Jr. (Trina), Tim Esposito (Maureen) and Barry Esposito. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren: 4 great-grandchildren: and numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (430 Main St, Huron, OH 44839).
