He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Schlessman (Mitchell) and Arthur Schlessman; and his son Joe Schlessman. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Schlessman (Moosbrugger); his daughter Julie Skaggs (Mark) of Avon Lake, OH; his grandchildren, John, Lauren and Sarah; and his siblings, John Schlessman (Lori) of Sandusky, Ann Voight (David) of Sandusky, Joyce Deering (Daryl) of Sandusky and Sally Davie-Kelley (Pat) of Huron.
