She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Bellamy and Bonnie J. Bellamy (Ramey). She is survived by: her son Chad "Cody" Hensley; and her brothers, Bob (Kimberly) and Perry Bellamy (Heather Plue). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
