She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Delp and Nellie Delp; her son Scott Richard; her son-in-law Thomas "Tom" Gosser; and her brother James "Jim" Delp.

She is survived by: her husband Norm Rotruck; her daughter Christine Miller (Bret); her grandsons, Kevin Gosser (Taylor) and Brian Gosser (Makayla); her sister Virginia Bennett (Keith); and her sister-in-law Kathy Delp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
