He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lynn Chicotel (Price); his children, Amanda Elia (Eric) of Seven Hills, OH and Christopher Chicotel (Leah) of Collins, OH; his grandchildren, Ellie Rose, James Mario and Domenica GraceLynn; his siblings, Donna Kidd (Danny) of Huron and Danny Ralph Chicotel (Beverly) of Findlay, OH; and his close friend Theo. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
