He was predeceased by: his children, Ronald Kuzak Jr. and Tamera Schindler; and his pet Toby. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kuzak (Sklarek); his daughter Deborah Gedridge (Edward); his grandsons, Joseph and Michael Gedridge; and his great grandchild Audrey.
