He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle W. "Bud" Slocum and Lillian A. Slocum. He is survived by: his sister Tomma Schmidt (family: Matthew Schmidt, Logan Schmidt, British Columbia) of Huron.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Meadow Green Cemetery (2602 Bogart Rd, Huron, OH 44839).
