She was predeceased by: her father David Kistler; her husband David Smith; her son Jacob Smith; and her brother-in-law Bruce Scott. She is survived by: her mother Charlene Henry (Kistler); her children, Tasha Smith-Sparks (Craig) and Kaniah Moloney; her sisters, Terri Kistler and Tammy Scott; and her daughter-in-law Anna Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Meadow Green Memorial Park (2602 Bogart Rd, Huron, OH 44839).
