It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilbur Arthur Newell Jr. of Huron, Ohio, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on May 6, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Wilbur Arthur departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Wilbur Arthur. Though Wilbur Arthur may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur Newell and Marie Newell Sr. (Neidringhaus); his wife Paula Newell (Millis); his daughter Sharon Marie Newell; and his sister Joyce Vezeau.
He is survived by : his children, Liz Pollock (Gary) and Wil Newell (Jeanne); and his grandchildren, Olivia and Ronald. He is also survived by sister, Janis Ward, Kansas; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
