He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Farley and Zelphie Farley (Caldwell). He is survived by : his wife Helen; his daughters, Terri Shumaker (Kenneth) and Angela McFarland (Brian); his granddaughters, Holly Marie Henry, Ashley Elizabeth Henry, Andrea Barker and Kristy Gerhart (Kamin); his great grandchildren, Kohien, Kaiden, Kassidy Ruffner and Khloe Gerhart; and his sister June Carr. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

If desired, donations can be made payable to Word of Life Christian Center and will be accepted through the funeral home.
