He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Marie; his sons, Gary (Cynthia), Kevin (Luci) and Curtis; his parents, Adam Frank and Catherine; and his sister Catherine Braham.

He is survived by: his children, Kris, Craig (Julie) and Mary Adkins (late Tom).

In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to St. Albert the Great Parish or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
