She was predeceased by : her husband Robert J. Sabatka; her son Robert (Sharon); her parents, Anna Hanzlick and Albert G. Hanzlick; and her brothers, Albert F. Hanzlick (Dawn) and Raymond Hanzlick (Dorothy).

She is survived by : her sons, David (Sandra), Daniel (Patricia) and Philip (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Kyle (Lindsey), Lauren Faubel (Mark), Philip (Christi), Kevin (Tina), Annette Byers (Michael), Lisa, James (Loren), Michael (Erica) and Marek.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Southwest Hospice 18659 Drake Rd. Strongsville, Ohio 44136.
