She was predeceased by: her mother Bernadette Ridley; her brother Ronald Ridley; her husband Raymond "Jim" Potts; and her son Thomas Joseph "TJ" Potts. She is survived by: her children, Katie Miklavcic (Ed), Susie Potts, James Potts (Coleen), Michael Potts (Tricia) and Carrie Leonetti; her grandchildren, Jeff Rich (Jen), Brad Lendzian (Stefanie), Kelly Carey (Chad), Tommy Miklavcic, Sean Potts (Jamie), Megan Potts, Derek Potts, Kristin Potts, Kari Potts, Nick Leonetti and Dominic Leonetti; and her great grandchildren, Sydney, William, McKenna, Myles and Maelyn.
During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, she sewed over ten thousand masks to be donated to local hospitals.
