He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia K. Waid; his son Anthony Waid; his grandchild Baby Ronnie Waid; his parents, Leverette Waid and Elizabeth Waid; and his siblings, Earl Waid, Roberta Outz (Ronald), Nancy Reeves (Jimmy) and Dale Waid.
He is survived by: his son Ronald Waid; his grandchild Bronson Waid; and his sibling Lurlie DeGeronimo (Vic).
