With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorene Bode Kray of Independence, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Kray; her parents, George L. Bode and Joann Morley Bode; and her sister Mary Sue. She is survived by: her children, Richie Kray (Rachel) of Newburgh Heights and Erin Kray (Kevin Roche) of Cleveland; her grandsons, Jack and Sam; her daughter Joan Streitferdt Kuhanek (Vince) of Salem; her siblings, Becky Bode of Novelty, Dan Bode (Meg Doerr) of Cleveland, Michael Bode (Mary) of North Royalton, Mary Ann Peffer (Rob) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Patty, Mary Beth Rezek (Rick) of Shaker, Jayne Bode Pandy of Sandusky and Lori Naples of Liberty Township; and her friends, Stacy Provost, BJ Effinger and Michelle Graora. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces, plus more than 100 cousins.
