He was predeceased by: his wife Johanna; his daughter Diane Usrey (Gordon); his parents, John and Mary; his siblings, Mary Tokar (Mike) and Joseph (Peggy); and his siblings-in-law, Dolores Fink and Robert Fink (Elizabeth).
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Costa (Dave); his niece Drema Simonds (Richard); his grandchildren, Nick Costa (Melissa), Michelle Schramm (Jon), Bryan Usrey (Kaylin) and Samantha Usrey; his great grandchildren, Dominic Costa, Serena Costa, Brayden Costa, Mason Schramm and Logan Schramm; and his sister Betty Lucas (late Tom).
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fortuna Funeral Home - Independence (7076 Brecksville Rd, Cleveland, OH 44131). A prayer was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (6740 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134).
