She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J.; her parents, Austin Miller and Lenora Miller; and her brother-in-law James Svejkovsky (Phyllis). She is survived by: her children, Daniel Svejkovsky (Jean) and Susan Bazilevich (Greg); her grandchildren, Julie Bazilevich, Michael Svejkovsky (Nikki) and Gloria Bazilevich; her great grandchildren, Yazlin, Katana and Kyrie; and her siblings, Elizabeth Connell (late Louis), Gene Miller (Mary) and Ken Miller (late Priscilla).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in memory of Eileen Svejkovsky to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
