She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her grandson Doug; and her parents, August Penkalski and Helen Penkalski. She is survived by: her sons, Russ (Coletta), Mark (Cathy) and Doug (Connie); her grandchildren, Sheila Takieddine (Ramzi), Ellen Hunter (Tommy), Michael (Emily), Megan Stanislawczyk (Kyle), Alex (Katie), Morgan and Stephanie Athey (Brandt); her great grandchildren, Anita, Henry, Raven, Oliver, Brighton, Rowan, Maddie, Logan and Lawson; and her siblings, Tom Penkalski, George Penn, Carol Hasman and Sue Pagano.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The American Heart Association.
