She is survived by: her children, Richard (Deborah) and Karen Zale; her grandchildren, Nicholas Prochazka (Carrie), Sara Zale and Anthony Zale (Danielle); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Zale, Mia Prochazka and Dominic Prochazka.
