It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John M. Krusinski of Independence, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Krusinski and Theresa Krusinski; and his brother Jeff Krusinski (Denise). He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his children, Meaghan Andrews (Ryan), John Krusinski (Kathryn) and Heather Piscitello (Joe); his grandchildren, Drake, Lyla, Raiden Andrews, Johnny Krusinski and Joseph Piscitello; and his siblings, Donald Cruse (Sandra), Thomas Krusinski (Sharon) and Tammy Zeffer (Joe).
