He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Lillian; and his brother James (Phyllis). He is survived by: his wife Eileen M.; his children, Daniel Svejkovsky (Jean) and Susan Bazilevich (Greg); his grandchildren, Julie Bazilevich, Michael Svejkovsky (Nikki) and Gloria Bazilevich; his great grandchildren, Yazlin, Katana and Kyrie; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Connell (late Louis), Gene Miller (Mary) and Ken Miller (late Priscilla).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in memory of Joseph Svejkovsky to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
