She is survived by: her husband Daniel Lapka; her children, Kimberly Bloomhuff (Scott) and Daniel C. Lapka; her grandchildren, Cassandra and Nicholas; her sister Cindy Thiel; her sisters-in-law, Lois Walters (Paul Bellini) and Lorelei Cooper (J. Carl); and her nieces and nephews, Nicole Laski, April Zaller, Steven Cooper and Lindsey Cooper.
