It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen U. Adams of Independence, Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Kathleen shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kathleen farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ulicny and Elsie Ulicny; and her sister Anita. She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Adams Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Frank Adams, Albert "Al" Adams and Dorothy Miller; her niece Brittney Martinez; her nephew Joseph Jasilionis; and her great-niece Sophie Jasilionis.
