She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard J. Skiba and Joan Skiba; her stepfather Elmer J. Arvay; her husband James "Jim" Kelley; her brothers, Allan Skiba (Sharon) and Kenneth Skiba; her stepbrother Don Arvay (Brandy); and her brother-in-law Kevin Kelley.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Allana Kelley-Burn (Phil); her siblings, Joseph Skiba, Marlene Kabat (Bruce), Richard Skiba, Cheryl Bock and Diana Thomas; her nieces and nephews, Christopher Bock, Amber Thomas (Nick), Nicholas Thomas (Autumn), Andrew Bock (Victoria), Michael Kabat (Kady) and Marissa Kabat; her stepsiblings, Dale Arvay (Karen) and Carol Wilhelm (Don); her stepsibling's children, Donna Arvay, Buddy Arvay, Michael Arvay and Jennifer Arvay Kefalas (Greg); her siblings-in-law, Brian Kelley (Marna), Tom Kelley (late Shauna), Maureen Cydzik (Tony) and Mike Kelley (Lisa); her nieces and nephews, Michael Ryan Kelley (Tara), Kathleen Kuzak (Brandon), Marie Kelley, Erin Kelley and Ryan Kelley (Ryan); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Colin Kelley, Rosie, Lilliana and Kaden Kuzak; and her friends, Charlene Soby, Ray and Marie Pfeiffer (Beloved Godparents).
