He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Oscar Montgomery and Margaret Montgomery; and his sister Diane Gilman (Hobie). He is survived by: his wife Nada; his children, Natalie Schmidt (Carl) and Steven Montgomery (Colleen); and his stepdaughters, Gretchen Obravac (Bob) and Heidi Yatchyshyn (Todd).
