With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Lesiak of Independence, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 28, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Patricia farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Patricia is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Anthony Lesiak and Dorothy Lesiak. She is survived by: her sisters, Liz Lesiak and Doreen Lesiak.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the Fortuna Funeral Home (7076 Brecksville Rd, Independence, OH 44131). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Anthony of Padua Church (6750 State Rd, Cleveland, OH 44134). A burial was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Park Cemetery (3942 Ridge Rd, Cleveland, OH 44144).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to help offset costs due to Patricia's unexpected passing.
