He is survived by: his nephews, Greg Slawinski and Jason Slawinski (Harlie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kylie, Calvin Harms, Ellie Slawinski and Tyler Slawinski; and his godchildren, Montana Meadows and Elizabeth Nicoletti-Eaton.
