He is survived by: his children, Valerie Duda Kukla (Terry), Carolyn Kuczmarski (Rick), Paul (Terrayut Treemook), Stephen (Carol) and Amy Gray (Jack); his grandchildren, Mark Kuczmarski (Aya), Sarah Zimerman (Aizik), Nathan Kuczmarski, Claire Duda, Cade McCaslin, Aryn Rose McCaslin and Liam McCaslin; and his siblings, Lawrence Duda (Renee), Francis Duda (Hilary) and Jerry Gladysz (Pam).
