She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Gudz; her siblings, Phyllis Clarke, Vicki Milczewski (Gus) and Patrick Golembiewski (Diane); her nieces and nephews, Daryl, Jessie, Jeffrey, Mark, Jason, Andrew, Larisa, Ronald Wilcox (Julie), Eric Konopinski (Jaclyn), Sara Plavny (Dominic), Michael Konopinski, Joseph Konopinski (Megan) and Jessica George (Christopher); and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Wilk, Edward Konopinski (Chris), Joseph Konopinski and Mary Konopinski.
