He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis; and his parents, Alphonse and Theresa. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Kevin Kwiatkowski (Tish), Keith Kwiatkowski (Lindsay) and Holly Oster (John); his grandchildren, Josh, Taylor, Sara, Zane, Kade, Grace, Jacob, Jaxson and Emma; his brother Wayne (Julie); and his brother-in-law Gerald of Montana.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fortuna Funeral Home (7076 Brecksville Rd, Independence, OH 44131). A prayer will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Columbkille Church (6740 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134). A burial will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
