He was predeceased by: his stepson Jerome Voldrich; his parents, Stanley C. Stary, Sr. and Mary Stary; and his brothers, John and Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Michele Sommerfelt (Rob), Shirley (Bill Rodwancy), Angela Wanhainen (John) and Becky McCullough (Mike); his stepchildren, Debra Medvick (Michael), Susan Catanzarite (Dave), Thomas Voldrich (Debby) and Jennifer Romoga (John); his great grandchildren, Kyan, Summit, Zachary, Iris, Bowman, Noah, Joshua, Aidan, Kylie, Brynn and Camden; and his brother James Stary (Nicolina). He is also survived by his family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM at the Fortuna Funeral Home (7076 Brecksville Rd, Cleveland, OH 44131). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location.
