With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William J. Barlow of Independence, Ohio, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his former life partner Nancy Barlow (Kahoun); and his parents, Marie Borawski and Benjamin Borawski. He is survived by : his wife Susan; his son Paul (Dora Johnson); and his sister Joan (Richard Plantan).
