She was predeceased by: her father Theodore Fortner; and her brother Theodore "Ted" Fortner. She is survived by: her mother Dora Drummonds Fortner of Flatwoods; her husband Jackie Lee Parish; her children, Daniel Baldwin (Abigail) and Katrina Mullins (Charles); her grandchildren, Ellis Baldwin, Lily Mullins and Leah Mullins; her brother Ronnie Lee McClinans; her close friends, Bill and Cathy Lowery; and her pet Little Bit.
