She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Waddle and Katie Waddle (Kelley); her husband Roy Mullins; her children, Jeffery L. Mullins and Debbie Mullins Crabtree-Akers; and her siblings, Ruth Hall, Patty Nichols, Peggy Mullins, Genevieve Maddy, Henrietta Gannon and Charles Waddle.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Stover (Rick) of Ironton; her grandchildren, Jessica Travis (Zach), Katie Cole (Tyler Sexton) and Adam Crabtree; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Marlee Travis, Jacob, Madison Crabtree, Mason Flannery and Grayson Cole. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and close friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
