Kerns (Toney), Emory Kerns, Jr. (Joyce) and Barbara Ann Hamilton (Don); and his siblings-in-law, Janey Sharp (Paul), Lola Nelson, Marcy Vittorio (Frank), Judy Neal (Frank), Carlene Klaiber, Debra Kerns, Franklin McFann, Ray Thorton, Joe Moore and Bobby Haas.

He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Robinson (Larry) of Ironton and Deana Kerns (Shawn Rosebrough) of Ironton; his grandchildren, Brandon Kellogg, Bill Kellogg (Sara), Robert and Kaden Tre Rosebrough (Rambo); his great grandchildren, Bill Jr., Brynna, Ryan, Marleigh, Mylee Kellogg, Chayce Murphy and Brooklyn Bryant; his siblings, Karen Kay Thorton, Sharon Faye Crager (David), Patricia Friley (Charles), Vivian "Susie" Moore and Edward Kerns; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Banard (Bub), Cassie Haas, Irene Yates (Harold), Barbara McFann, Ruby Kerns, Darrell McFann (Vivian) and Harlen McFann (Sherry); and his sons, Wayne Kellogg and Forrest "Junior" Kerns. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
